About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and detail-driven Marketing Manager to lead and evolve the internal and external marketing initiatives at Worldwide Mission Critical. This role is ideal for a senior-level marketing professional with a proven track record in brand development, content strategy, digital marketing, and internal communications-particularly within the data center, construction, or real estate industries.As the Marketing Manager, you will play a key leadership role in shaping our company's brand identity, elevating our presence in the marketplace, and aligning all marketing efforts with company growth objectives. This is a hands-on position that combines creative development, strategic planning, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Leadership
  • Develop and lead a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports business growth, brand awareness, and sales enablement.
  • Standardize marketing processes and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels and materials.
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing goals with organizational priorities.

Content Creation & Brand Development
  • Oversee the creation and refinement of marketing materials, internal communications, and client-facing collateral.
  • Develop compelling content that communicates the value of our services, including white papers, case studies, and service brochures.
  • Elevate all marketing assets, shifting our brand perception from a growing startup to an established industry leader.

Digital Marketing & Website Management
  • Lead the design and launch of a new corporate website that reflects our elevated brand identity.
  • Manage and optimize our digital presence-including website, email campaigns, SEO, and social media platforms-to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor web performance and analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Internal & External Communications
  • Assist with internal marketing initiatives, including biweekly meetings, employee communications, and company-wide updates.
  • Identify PR opportunities and draft press releases, news articles, and social media posts.
  • Support internal resume creation and the standardization of company documents and templates.

Sales Support & Collateral Development
  • Collaborate with sales to track opportunities and develop proposals, presentations, and appropriate follow up.
  • Create and maintain a library of high-quality marketing collateral, including PowerPoint decks, brochures, and branded promotional materials.
  • Review and enhance proposal documents to ensure alignment with branding and messaging.

Events & Outreach
  • Plan and execute marketing support for industry conferences and internal company events.
  • Coordinate the design and production of promotional swag and event materials.


Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in construction, real estate, technology, financial or other confidential sectors.
  • Proven leadership in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable business results.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and platforms, including Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, WordPress and LinkedIn.
  • Advanced graphic design capabilities and experience developing standardized branding assets.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
