Salary: $35.66 - $47.94 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures utilizing radiopharmaceuticals.
  • Ensure diagnostic accuracy and quality of the exams performed.
  • Execute appropriate patient care and safety protocols during procedures.
  • Assess and analyze the diagnostic images for reporting to physicians.
  • Provide support and education to patients about the nuclear medicine procedures.
  • Maintain and calibrate medical imaging equipment to ensure functional accuracy.

Minimum Position Qualifications:
  • Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Nuclear Medicine is required.
  • Licensure by the State of Ohio in Nuclear Medicine.
  • Ability to perform assigned duties under specific time constraints.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to varying medical situations.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in Nuclear Medicine Technology.
  • Additional certification or training in a specialized area of nuclear medicine is a plus.
  • Experience with advanced diagnostic imaging software.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex medical information to patients and families.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team.
