The Manager of Strategic Initiatives & Planning, located at the global headquarters in Ohio, will drive and support some of the most critical initiatives and projects for the business globally. This role will engage directly with the executive leadership team regularly, and will report to the Global Director, Strategic Planning. The position will also support the Global President & CEO and the Global SVP Strategy & Business Development.

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, driven, proactive and hands-on problem solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. Given the dynamic and demanding nature of a global organization, the manager will be involved with a wide array of key initiatives across the entire business portfolio, both at a strategic and tactical level. Due to the projects and information this role will be exposed to, it requires the manager's work hours to be flexible and a strict level of confidentiality and discretion.

Experience and Traits
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong MS Office knowledge (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills and integrity

  • Finance background is a plus, but not required
  • Administrative skills and experience a plus, including presentation development, messaging, scheduling, correspondence, logistics, etc.


Job Responsibilities
  • Office based at the Global HQ in Uniontown, OH
  • Support the global executive leadership team and corporate HQ staff on critical initiatives and projects both strategically and tactically
  • Support the corporate Strategy & Business Development team
  • Drive strategic alignment across the executive leadership team and broader organization, including scheduling and coordination
  • Structure, organize, track and report on current business initiatives
  • Individual contributor to achieve assigned tasks (no direct reports)
  • Support Business Reviews, OKR process and financial QBRs, including scheduling, deck preparation, logistics, content, messaging and follow-up
  • Lead coordination and scheduling of business meetings, travel and events
  • Maintain and improve internal processes and workflows
  • Conduct research and analysis on key business areas such as:
  • Market/industry trends
  • Strategy planning & analysis
  • Competitor assessments
  • Mergers and acquisitions
  • Budgeting and financial modelling
  • Excel work and analysis and corresponding PowerPoint creation and development
  • Ad-hoc analysis, projects and other duties as assigned
