We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Clinical Services (RN) to join our team and lead our clinical operations in our Albuquerque, MM hospice office.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Director of Clinical Services (RN) to lead the clinical operations of our Hospice agency. This pivotal leadership position oversees a dynamic interdisciplinary team and ensures regulatory compliance while upholding the highest standards of patient care. You'll play a critical role in driving clinical excellence, operational success, and team performance.

• Clinical Oversight: Lead the delivery of high-quality, compliant hospice care.
• Team Leadership: Supervise RN Case Managers, LVNs, CNAs, Chaplains, and Social Workers.
• Training & Mentorship: Participate in onboarding and continuous development of team members.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee QAPI programs and ensure timely, accurate documentation.
• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain alignment with Medicare and industry standards.
• Staffing Management: Ensure effective staffing ratios for quality care.
• Interdisciplinary Team Management: Guide and lead the IDT process to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Client Relations: Address patient/family concerns and drive satisfaction.
• Mission Alignment: Promote a culture rooted in compassion and excellence.
• Budget Management: Collaborate with Finance on budgets and fiscal initiatives.
• Operational Support: Help meet both clinical and business objectives.
• Work Culture: Foster a collaborative, positive, and high-performing environment.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific or compact)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical management experience (Hospice required)
• Strong knowledge of hospice regulations and standards
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with budget management and financial operations
• Passion for patient-centered, compassionate care

$105,000.00 - $115,000.00
