JOB SUMMARY

The role drives customer acquisition strategies for Regent Seven Seas Cruises across the North American market. This role is responsible for leading paid digital marketing efforts and third-party consumer acquisition programs. By leveraging creative expertise, data-driven insights, media buying skills, and analytical thinking, the Senior Manager develops and executes integrated media and testing plans designed to maximize engagement, optimize spend, increase acquisition, and drive strong ROI.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as a key member of the global digital marketing team and play a pivotal role in driving growth by increasing consumer demand. Support the company's transition from a primarily offline marketing approach to a balanced, full-funnel media mix across both digital and traditional channels.
  • Contribute significantly to the development of the global digital marketing strategy, working closely with internal stakeholders and our global agency partner.
  • Partner with agency teams, the Marketing Analytics team, and the Senior Director to support the ongoing development and refinement of the Media Mix Model.
  • Oversee the strategic allocation of a multi-million-dollar digital marketing budget across the full funnel, optimizing spend to achieve performance targets and key KPIs.
  • Lead the execution of the digital marketing strategy in the North American market, managing a wide range of channels including Display and Programmatic, Third-Party Email, Online Video, Connected TV, Addressable Linear TV, Streaming Audio, and Paid Social.
  • Guide the global digital agency to drive maximum return on investment (ROI) and return on ad spend (ROAS). Ensure all digital initiatives are effectively optimized against relevant KPIs such as lead generation, bookings, impressions, engagement, and conversion.
  • Identify, test, and validate a range of digital tools, platforms, automation solutions, and partners to enhance digital presence, drive qualified traffic, and increase booking conversions.
  • Champion a "test-and-learn" approach, including offsite multivariate testing and creative optimization, to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Deliver monthly performance reports highlighting demand trends, channel performance, and strategic insights for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Analytics team to build advanced reporting dashboards that optimize digital investments based on data-driven insights.
  • Leverage first- and third-party data to define efficient targeting strategies using tools such as lookalike modeling, competitive conquesting, and retargeting.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on emerging digital technologies and media trends, contributing to cross-functional marketing initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Improve the integration of digital campaigns with traditional channels such as direct mail and call centers to enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Lead and grow a high-performing team to support and execute the evolving digital strategy.
  • Actively manage agency and vendor relationships' including strategic planning, price negotiation, performance tracking, and identifying new technologies and opportunities.
  • Perform other job-related functions as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree

FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field of study required. Graduate degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in a results-driven digital marketing capacity with a focus on digital branding, marketing technologies, and digital customer acquisition/retention.
  • Experience in an agency environment, the luxury or travel sector, or within corporate and matrix organizations is advantageous but not essential.

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience with various testing methodologies to ensure a solid test, learn, and evolve approach to refining and optimizing business.
  • Expertise in creating and driving quantifiable metrics/KPIs and leveraging consumer data to find quality customers to acquire, engage, retain, and reactivate through various digital marketing channels.
  • Hands-on experience in building and managing digital campaigns in Business Manager, Google Campaign Manager, or similar platforms.
  • Strong proficiency in website analytics, including Adobe Analytics or similar tools, to measure and optimize performance.
  • Proven success in leading, nurturing, and motivating a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proven experience partnering with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven success in testing and implementing world-class digital marketing performance standards as well as planning and executing well-considered objectives to meet business goals, including budgets, forecasts, project plans, and performance management processes.
