JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for managing the planning and reporting processes for ticket revenue accounts for the Norwegian (NCL) brand. Develop periodic forecasts and annual plans for all components within the ticket revenue model, incorporating cost-saving initiatives where applicable. Manage the consolidation and preparation of periodic schedules that support earnings call scripts and keep senior leadership informed of key ticketing trends.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain consistent ticket revenue reporting for the Norwegian brand to drive transparency and comparability.
  • Analyze current market performance against historical trends to support revenue forecasting and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Validate the accuracy of reported revenue and lead the evolution of reporting tools and processes to enhance efficiency and automation.
  • Conduct variance and ad hoc analyses to identify trends and proactively communicate insights to senior leadership for data-driven decision-making.
  • Lead a team with an analyst to ensure timely and accurate delivery of reporting deliverables. Monitor performance, provide feedback, and foster professional growth through training and mentorship.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to revenue reporting, forecasting, and planning models to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide analytical support for revenue enhancement and cost reduction projects in partnership with various internal departments.
  • Partner with the IT Systems Group to enhance data warehouse capabilities and improve reporting and analytics infrastructure.
  • Perform other job-related functions and strategic analyses as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree

FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Finance and/or Accounting Bachelor's Degree
  • EXPERIENCE:
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis within a strategic role.
  • Proven track record of supervising and/or leading analytical teams.
  • Cruise line or travel industry experience strongly preferred.

COMPETENCIES/SKILLS:
  • Strong motivational and leadership skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate complex analyses and insights clearly across all levels of the organization.
  • Advanced proficiency required (pivot tables, lookup formulas, logical and database functions).
  • SQL knowledge is a plus, particularly for data extraction and report automation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and financial modeling.
  • Ability to interpret large data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis and strategic insights.
