Key Responsibilities
  • Own and grow a portfolio of major accounts in the Houston area
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Understand each client's business goals and challenges, and recommend solutions that align with their needs
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities within existing accounts
  • Partner with internal teams (e.g., Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product) to ensure exceptional service and delivery
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of account activity in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or B2B sales, preferably in technology, telecom, or a similar industry
  • Proven ability to manage and grow large or strategic client accounts
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Familiarity with telecom, IT, or network infrastructure solutions
  • Proven ability of exceeding quota in a major account or enterprise sales role
