What You'll Do:
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Lead day-to-day operations across Prepress, Printing, Bindery & Finishing, Mailing, Shipping, and Fulfillment departments.
- Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with company goals for quality, efficiency, and delivery.
- Partner closely with Sales, Client Experience, IT, and Finance to align production capacity with client demand.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on lean manufacturing and process optimization.
- Manage departmental budgets, labor planning, and capital expenditures.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
- Evaluate and implement automation and technology upgrades where appropriate.
- Mentor and develop managers, supervisors, and leads across multiple departments and shifts.
- Contribute as a senior leadership team member to the broader company strategy and decision-making.

What You Bring:
- 15+ years of experience in the commercial print and/or direct mail industry.
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience overseeing people and plant operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Printmaking or Graphic Arts, Manufacturing, Business Management, or related field preferred.
- Strong proficiency in industry specific ERP systems, preferably PACE Mid-Market Suite for scheduling, job costing, and workflow automation.
- In-depth knowledge of:
- Inkjet Web Press and Rollfed Finishing Equipment
- Offset (Sheetfed and Heatset Web) Presses
- Cut Sheet Toner-based devices
- Mail inserting, bindery, and fulfillment processes
- Proven ability to lead complex production environments with tight turnarounds and shifting priorities.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
- Strong data analysis skills to assess production efficiency, costs, and performance trends.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally across all levels of the organization.
