Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Utilizing Solid Edge and Virtual Gibbs software for design initiatives.
- Creating detailed engineering drawings and specifications for tools, dies, gauges, and fixtures.
- Reverse-engineering product designs based on machine capabilities and specifications.
- Compiling material lists essential for production and design processes.
- Collaborating on the selection of vendors focusing on quality and budget requirements.
- Organizing and updating customer information, including engineering drawings and project specifications.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- At least three years of experience in stamping die or draw dies design.
- A stable and solid work history reflecting reliability and dedication.
- U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder status.
- Residency within a 45-minute commute of the Franksville area.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with employee-owned or similar collaborative business structures.
- Proven ability to lead projects from conception through to execution.
Skills:
- Proficient in Solid Edge and Virtual Gibbs or similar CAD/CAM software.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Detailed-oriented with a critical eye for identifying discrepancies in designs.
