Mechanical Design Engineer - Tool and Die

Salary: Up to $93,000 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Utilizing Solid Edge and Virtual Gibbs software for design initiatives.
  • Creating detailed engineering drawings and specifications for tools, dies, gauges, and fixtures.
  • Reverse-engineering product designs based on machine capabilities and specifications.
  • Compiling material lists essential for production and design processes.
  • Collaborating on the selection of vendors focusing on quality and budget requirements.
  • Organizing and updating customer information, including engineering drawings and project specifications.

Minimum Position Qualifications:
  • At least three years of experience in stamping die or draw dies design.
  • A stable and solid work history reflecting reliability and dedication.
  • U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder status.
  • Residency within a 45-minute commute of the Franksville area.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with employee-owned or similar collaborative business structures.
  • Proven ability to lead projects from conception through to execution.

Skills:
  • Proficient in Solid Edge and Virtual Gibbs or similar CAD/CAM software.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Detailed-oriented with a critical eye for identifying discrepancies in designs.
