We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Finance to join our OMG Strategic Investment team. This role is pivotal in overseeing the agency's financial health, strategic financial planning, and operational finance functions for the business units Optimum Sports, Outdoor Media Group and Jump450. will oversee the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, internal reporting across the Group.

This role will provide insight into the business' drivers, Group financial forecasts and results; with a focus on maximizing efficiencies through automation. Working in a dynamic environment, the role will support wider corporate development activities by providing financial analysis to support certain key strategic decisions and special projects. The candidate will spearhead efforts to enhance the company's Business Intelligence capabilities. This role will manage up to 3 Sr. Analysts and 3 Offshore support roles, and report to the Director and SVP of Finance.

Responsibilities
  • Perform the month end closing process including the analysis of year-to-date actuals versus most recent forecast for multiple departments in the group.
  • Prepare, review, and submit journal entries for monthly accruals, deferrals, intercompany allocation of revenue and adjustments.
  • Create staffing and re-org schedules to reflect raises, client transfer and promotions.
  • Coordinate with billing teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing, verify billing and revenue recognition.
  • Review monthly/quarterly client budgets, follow up on budgets and perform variance analysis.
  • Ensure payroll and expense reporting is accurate.
  • Manage and review leadership summaries for CFO
  • Provide financial support to client account teams.
  • Prepare and review internal reports for distribution.
  • Help identify ways to improve processes and increase efficiency.
  • Assist in all internal and external Audits.
  • Ad-hoc projects and reporting.

Qualifications
  • Finance/Accounting degree.
  • 5+ years of Financial Planning and Accounting experience required
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, Pivot Tables, Lookups, etc. preferred.
  • Have management and delegation experience.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsible and proactive.
  • Must be eager to learn and make a meaningful contribution.
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills (written and oral).
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to handle numerous details.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Flexibility, positive attitude, and team player.
  • Experience in Client Finance and Financial Planning/Accounting preferably in Media and Advertising a plus.


This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Compensation Range

$85,000-$100,000 USD

This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.
