Overview:

Design: Implement & Qualify End to End Supply Chain for New Product and Local adaptation center in link with Customers expectations

Lead: Life Cycle Supply Chain management and End to End Supply chain improvement projects (Flow simplification, Leadtime reduction, order deployment....)

Responsibilities :
  • Customer Logistics Offer Definition:
    - Build and challenge customer logistic offer with Marketing to find the right balance between customer requirements, SC capabilities, cost, & CO2 reduction
  • SC Architecture Design & implementation for PMP/PEP/PWP
    - Adapt, implement & qualify End to End (upstream & downstream) SC Architecture consistent with Logistic Offer & Schneider SC principles.
    - Contribute to the Suppliers selection, SC cost, & service evaluation
    - Propose, formalize, & validate Logistic Terms & Conditions in the OneFilog tool
    - Coordinate Master Data creation/updates between all SC entities concerned SChain Planning Tools & ERPs
  • Ramp-Up & Ramp down management:
    - Build and drive the launch both for FG & components in order to secure the availability of components & FG for Sell date and support the sales.
    - Build and drive the ramp down of old range & PWP if it is the case to minimize scrap risk
    - SC Readiness: Ensure E2E SC Planning readiness according to each project stage gate. Give Stage Gate Go/NoGO on SC design & planning domain.
  • Coordination Multi regions/multi functions:
    - Coordinate all GSC Region Logistics & Planning functions involved in the OCP projects
    - Give visibility, report, alert on Offer Creation Process (OCP) progress on SC planning tasks & KPIs
    - Transfer responsibility from project mode to GSC operations: Planning, ordering, logistic processes.
  • SC Transformation:
    - Lead, on-demand, transformation project to improve existing offer supply chain performance, to optimize E2E SC flows or to improve customer delivery experience
    - Support rebalancing supply chain studies in link with industrial strategy requests.

  • Education :
    - Bachelor's or Master's (Preferred) degree in Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain / International Business

    Experience :
    - Project management experience in industrial environment, or operations manager in supply chain & manufacturing domain .
    - Experience in Supply Chain Planning.
    - Experience in medium voltage environment, in procurement or with Customers and front office will be a plus.
    - OCP Processes (PMP/PEP/PWP/O)

    Knowledge & Skills :
    - Spoken and written fluent communication in English;
    - People management experience is a plus.
