Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated professional to develop and sustain optimum molding processes for medical manufacturing device components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in injection molding processes and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in developing injection molding processes using decoupled scientific principles.
• Proven ability to run projects from start to finish.
• Experience in improving and troubleshooting areas in the molding department.
• Understanding of Validation IQ/OQ/PQ processes.
• Minimum of 10 years in the plastic manufacturing industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with other departments and customers.
• Ability to write technical reports and deliver effective presentations.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Plastic experience is required; Master Molder certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with Decoupled Molding Principles.
• Project Management experience.
• An engineering degree is a plus but not required.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize molding processes for medical device components.
• Lead and manage projects from conception to completion.
• Troubleshoot and improve processes within the molding department.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and efficiency.
