Salary: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle automobile defense cases from inception through trial.
• Engage in rigorous defense strategies and litigation to minimize client liability.
• Conduct legal research and provide expert legal opinions to clients.
• Participate in settlement conferences and mediate negotiations between parties.
• Manage and prioritize multiple cases effectively with high attention to detail.
• Collaborate with the legal team and contribute to team development and mentoring.
• Meet a monthly billable hour requirement to contribute to the firm's financial goals.
• Maintain professional growth and development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations to keep abreast of latest developments in law and litigation strategies.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in NJ.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in automobile defense litigation.
• Demonstrated track record with handling cases from inception through trial.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in legal research.
• Able to provide a portfolio of cases displaying expertise in auto litigation.
