Location: Two sites - 600 State Road 32 West & 1009 Sloan Street, Crawfordsville, IN
Starting Pay: $90,000-$100,000, based on experience
Additional Incentives: $100 Safety Shoe Reimbursement | $100 Safety Glasses Reimbursement
Work Hours: Primarily days, with some night/weekend support when needed

We're looking for a Continuous Improvement - Process Engineer who's passionate about problem-solving, building better processes, and making operations run smarter and smoother.

What You'll Do:
  • Analyze manufacturing processes, spot improvement opportunities, and drive real results
  • Build and track performance metrics that show the impact of your work
  • Lead projects, coach teams, and facilitate continuous improvement across the plant
  • Train others to think critically and use Lean and Six Sigma tools
  • Champion a culture of change and operational excellence
  • Collaborate across departments and influence leadership decisions
  • Keep learning - and keep making us better

What You Bring to the Table:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field) + 5+ years of experience OR High school diploma/GED + 10+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience using structured problem-solving methods (DMAIC, PDCA, etc.)
  • Green Belt, Black Belt, or Lean certification preferred
  • Excellent project management and facilitation skills (bonus points for PMP certification!)
  • A mindset that's hungry for improvement and not afraid of change
