The Opportunity:

The Co-Head Managed Services/Delivery is responsible for developing, maintaining, and overseeing assigned Delivery teams within Managed Services. This role contributes to the overall management of Managed Services via input into strategic planning and reinforcing messaging with respect to the strategic direction of the business via supervisory lines, while upholding ACA's culture and values.

What you'll do:
  • Assist with the identification and/or development of company-wide goals, strategies, and business opportunities.
  • Serve as the relationship manager for and manage, develop and grow strategically important client accounts including overseeing the successful completion of all aspects of work for Managed Services clients.
  • Fosters a positive employee experience through development, training and feed back to staff
  • Identify, develop and generate business opportunities across the whole ACA enterprise to provide a more comprehensive offering of services to new and existing clients
  • Increase ACA's brand awareness by conducting research and surveys, writing articles, speaking/presenting at industry conferences, and/or making internal or client presentations on key topics
  • Support and work closely with leadership to help the business unit meet its financial and non-financial objectives, including growth targets. Additionally, develop, implement and be accountable for strategy and process to improve other key performance indicators such as gross margin, staff and client retention


To qualify for the role you must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
  • Minimum of seven (7) of industry experience with client facing responsibilities
  • Minimum of four (4) years of managerial experience with in-depth understanding of the requirements to manage the day-to-day operations of a high performing team/function of 30+ employees
