Position Summary: Apply extensive engineering expertise to improve or develop new engineering solutions. Provide technical direction to team members on complex issues and ensure regulatory compliance of state and federal laws and Grote policies and procedures.

Position Duties: -Direct or coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, or testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements

-Estimate production costs, cost saving methods, and the effects of product design changes on expenditures for management review, action, and control

-Prepare documentation containing information such as confidential descriptions or specifications of proprietary hardware or software, product development or introduction schedules, product costs, or information about product performance weaknesses

-Lead and conduct performance, cost, and scheduling studies and analyses

-Support operations with application of standard and non-standard engineering concepts and techniques

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field is required, and a master's degree is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of related experience is required.
