Your Impact
As the Trial Success Manager for Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR) trials, you'll be a driving force behind Axon's mission to protect life and empower public safety. You won't just manage trials - you'll lead immersive, high-impact experiences that bring our technology to life. From day one, you'll help agencies see what's possible, turning curiosity into confidence and transforming trials into full-scale deployments. Your work will shape smarter decisions, safer communities, and a future where technology truly serves those who serve.
What You'll Do
Location: US based Axon hub sites (Atlanta, Boston, Denver, San Francisco, Scottsdale, or Seattle metro areas)
Travel: 100%
Reports to: Senior Manager, Professional Services

What You'll Do
Location: US based Axon hub sites (Atlanta, Boston, Denver, San Francisco, Scottsdale, or Seattle metro areas)
Travel: 100%
Reports to: Senior Manager, Professional Services
- Own the ALPR trial experience end-to-end, serving as the primary expert and strategic partner for agencies throughout the process.
- Develop and execute highly customized trial plans that align with agency missions, technical environments, and success criteria.
- Deliver engaging onboarding, technical enablement, and best-in-class support to maximize trial impact.
- Actively monitor trial performance, identify risks early, and deploy the right internal resources to remove barriers.
- Share tactical insights, strategic recommendations, and thought leadership to drive successful outcomes.
- Serve as the voice of the customer back to Product, Engineering, and Leadership teams to influence the evolution of Axon's ALPR offerings.
- Lead seamless transitions to Customer Success Managers post-trial, ensuring long-term customer health and expansion.
- 5+ years of experience leading customer engagements in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Public Safety Tech, or similar fields.
- Proven track record of working directly with public safety agencies, understanding their challenges, workflows, and priorities.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication skills - comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels, including command staff.
- Strategic thinking combined with flawless execution - you know how to design a plan and pivot quickly when needed.
- Expertise in project management, technical solution delivery, or complex system deployment.
- High energy, entrepreneurial spirit, and a relentless drive to make customers successful.
- Familiarity with ALPR technology or broader public safety solutions is a strong plus.
- Valid driver's license.
