We are currently seeking a dynamic result-oriented and motivated Senior Program Manager to be an integral part in growing the Sales Performance and Culture within our Technician Field teams. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a transformational team that drives tangible business outcomes while delivering exceptional customer experiences. With your passion to innovate and drive transformation, you will accelerate and evolve Mobility Sales performance amongst our technician teams. You'll do this by challenging our existing sales systems and processes, enabling next level training and support, and launching meaningful incentives for our field teams. In addition, you'll also leverage your analytical proficiency to identify and assess new opportunities, working with our marketing and field leadership teams to you'll develop and project manage immediate, mid-term and long-term improvement plans for our technician teams.

What you'll do
- Overall program management of our Mobility Acceleration Plan - driving performance of Mobility Sales within our technician field teams through targeted enablement, timely reporting and performance management, training and GTM activities in partnership with our marketing, systems and support teams.
- You'll be continuously consulting and collaborating with marketing teams to develop improvements to the sales process and closing tools
- In addition, you'll project manage a roadmap of enablement & improvement initiatives - providing requirements for development teams AND working with our go-to-market primes to rollout changes to field teams and vendors
- As results come in, you'll be at the forefront of analyzing results, so that you can develop executive recommendations which you will present to leadership and stakeholders
- Regularly meeting with stakeholders to debrief on successes/opportunities and take action on key gaps and areas of opportunity identified
- Effectively build and manage channel support needs against priorities to ensure optimal impact given limited resources, changing competitive landscape
Qualifications
What you bring
- Demonstrated ability to drive end-to-end innovation and transformation across systems, processes, reporting and support, ideally within a sales channel.
- Known for your ability to bring information forward, you are known as a Storyteller who can draw insights from data and make recommendation to senior level audience
- Experience establishing and maintaining cross functional relationships (development teams, marketing, customer experience, technical support)
- Ability to analyze data, in order to prioritize and develop transformational programs and influence results / KPI performance
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines in a timely manner and data analysis skills
- Self-motivated and proactive with problem solving skills and able to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to take ownership and proactively address challenges and issues
- Must be able and willing to travel
Great-to-haves
- A University degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or other quantitative discipline
- 5 +years of consulting or program management experience
- 3+ years of enabling and or supporting a consumer sales channel
- Familiarity or experience with TELUS consumer products and solutions is an asset
Salary Range: $97,000-$145,000
