We specialize in Healthcare, Education, and Community & Cultural centers.
The PIC Community & Culture role is designed to foster a vibrant community that embodies our organizational values and enhances the overall culture within our company. The individual in this position will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that strengthen community engagement and promote cultural initiatives.

Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in all phases of an architectural practice
- 5+ years of recent experience with Cities / Counties / States on public works funded projects
- Parks & Rec
- Libraries
- Gov Offices
- Convention Centers
- Public Safety (Fire / Police)
- Museums
- 2+ years experience proven business development
- 5+ years of recent experience with Cities / Counties / States on public works funded projects
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Licensed Architect - Preferably CA
