POSITION SUMMARY:

We're seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support the successful implementation of Clarity (Portfolio Management Solution) across a dynamic enterprise environment. In this role, you'll serve as a critical in-house team member, working alongside an established implementation team to integrate Clarity with existing enterprise systems and drive process optimization across portfolio management functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams during Clarity implementation.
  • Analyze, document, and optimize business processes related to portfolio management, including:
    • Project reconciliation
    • Capacity planning
    • Forecasting
    • Resource management
  • Support the integration of Clarity with key enterprise systems, including:
    • HRIS platforms (SAP, SuccessFactors)
    • CRM systems (preferably SAP CRM)
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and system design documents.
  • Collaborate with the implementation team to validate design decisions and ensure the solution meets business needs.
  • Support UAT planning and execution, and contribute to end-user training and documentation.
  • Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst
  • Hands-on experience with Clarity (CA PPM)
  • Proven track record supporting large-scale system implementations and integrations.
  • Preferred.uccessFactors is Strong understanding of HRIS and CRM systems; experience with SAP and S
  • Demonstrated ability to map and improve business processes across functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Bonus: Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a major plus.


Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with agile or hybrid project methodologies.
  • Ability to guide stakeholders through change management during systems transformation.
