Vous avez travaill dans un secteur industriel, idalement dans l`aronautique et vous souhaitez voluer et dvelopper de nouvelles comptences? Ce poste est pour vous !

Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un agent mthode pour rejoindre notre quipe de support au opration base Mirabel (Qubec, Canada).

Vous ferez partie de l'quipe PRFAL charge de produire des composantes d' avion qui sont livrs aux deux FAL du programme A220, soit Mirabel et Mobile.

L'organisation de l'quipe est tablie de manire promouvoir la collaboration transversale de manire autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.

Votre rle en tant qu'agent mthode, sera de supporter les cellules de travail autonome / EAP, et voir ce que les enjeux techniques soient rsolus de manires efficaces et rapides afin de minimiser les impacts aux oprations.

Vos dfis:

• Mettre en uvre des solutions innovantes pour amliorer les processus tout en rduisant les cots;
• Influencer et faciliter les communications entre parties prenantes internes;
• tre un agent de changement pour promouvoir la culture de service la clientle interne;
• Participer enquter et identifier les risques reli la PREFAL ;
• tre un leader des opportunits d'amlioration continue et de rsolution de problmes, ePPS;
• tre responsable de synthtiser des situations simples complexes afin de les prsenter diffrents niveaux de gestions de montage ou gamme de fabrication destins la fabrication ou l'assemblage de composantes d'avions;
• Interprter, vrifier et approuver les dessins et autres documents provenant du service de l'ingnierie;
• tablir des stratgies d'assemblage et de fabrication de composantes d'avion;
• Dfinir les outils ncessaires la fabrication ou l'assemblage de composantes d'avion afin d'assurer le tolrancement gomtrique requis;
• Harmoniser l'implantation de changements d'ingnierie ou de stratgie d'assemblage et ce en travaillant en troite collaboration avec les services d'ingnierie, de logistique des matires, de la qualit et de production et autres fonctions mthodes de l`organisation;
• tre l'afft des faons d'amliorer les stratgies d'assemblage et de fabrication en plus de prendre part des projets de recherche et de dveloppement.

Votre profil:

• Vous dtenez un baccalaurat en gnie mcanique ou industriel ou un DEC en gnie ou en aronautique avec un minimum de 5 8 ans d'exprience pertinente;
• Certification PMP ou exprience en gestion de projet est un atout;
• Vous avez une solide exprience en amlioration continue ;
• Vous pouvez jouer un rle cl en mthodologie de rsolution de problmes;
• Vous avez la capacit de travailler sous pression et de respecter les chances.

The A220 commercial aircraft Program is looking for one Manufacturing Engineering to join our operations support department team based in Mirabel (Qubec, Canada).

You will be part of the PREFAL team responsible for producing aircraft components which are delivered to the two FALs of the A220 program, Mirabel and Mobil.

The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.

Your role as a manufacturing engineering,will be to support the autonomous work cells / EAP, and ensure that technical issues are resolved efficiently and quickly in order to minimize impacts to operations.

• Interpret, verify and recognize drawings and other documents from engineering department;
• Establish assembly and manufacturing strategies for aircraft components;
• Define the tools needed to manufacture or assemble aircraft components to ensure the required geometric tolerancing;
• Harmonize the implementation of engineering or assembly strategy changes by working in close collaboration with the engineering, materials logistics, quality and production;
• Be on the lookout for ways to improve assembly and manufacturing strategies in addition to taking part in research and development projects.

Your boarding pass:

• You hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or DEC in Engineering or Aeronautics with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience;
• PMP certification or experience in project management is an asset;
• You have strong experience in continuous improvement and problem solving;
• You have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• You have an analytical mind and an ability to efficiently solve problems;
