Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Engineer to join our team, responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions to enhance manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in robotics, PLC programming, and systems integration to drive process improvements and ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation systems and solutions for manufacturing processes.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs to ensure optimal performance of automated equipment.
• Design HMI interfaces for user-friendly operation and monitoring of automated systems.
• Conduct regular troubleshooting of automation systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation technologies with existing systems.
• Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Support the electrical engineering team in the design and validation of control systems.
• Oversee the installation and commissioning of automation equipment in manufacturing facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in industrial automation and controls engineering.
• Strong knowledge of robotics and PLC programming.
• Experience with HMI design and implementation.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex electro-mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with systems integration in an industrial environment.
• Demonstrated skills in process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
