Position Overview
The Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will have expertise in commercial and healthcare construction, with a strong focus on hospital construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project impacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction and healthcare construction.
• Strong knowledge of hospital construction processes and regulations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
