INNOVIM is seeking Data Center Support Services Key Personnel to support the NOAA Enterprise Data Center (EDC) contract. NOAA's EDC team provides overarching management and oversight for a 70,000+ sq. ft. facility for all the NOAA tenants by providing general facilities management support, oversight of O&M contractors, technical and engineering management of the data centers, and supports on-site customer needs, projects, and initiatives.

The following are the Key Personnel Positions and Requirements:
1. Senior Data Center Engineer
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience in Data Center Operations
- Data Center Energy Practitioner (DCEP) Level-2 (HVAC Specialist)
- Certified Data Center Design Professional (CDCDP)
- Certified Data Center Management Professional (CDCMP)
- Certified Infrared Thermographer Level 1
- EPA Section 608 (40 CFR Part 82, Subpart F) Technician Type II Certification
- Minimum OSHA-10 Training (OSHA-30 is also acceptable)
2. Data Center Critical Power SME
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Data Center Critical Power 17
- Certified Master Electrician
- Certified Infrared Thermographer Level 2
- Certified Data Center Technician Professional (CDCTP)
- Minimum OSHA-10 Training (OSHA-30 is also acceptable)
3. Data Center Facility Operations and Project Management SME (Located onsite in Fairmont, WVA)
Qualifications:
- Journeyman Electrical License
- 5+ years' experience in Data Center Operations
- HVAC License
- Certified Infrared Thermographer Level 1
- Universal CFC Refrigerant License
- Minimum OSHA-10 Training (OSHA-30 is also acceptable)
4. Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer (Located in Boulder, CO)
- The Contractor is responsible for the architecture, engineering, and support of mission impacting critical IT systems and IT infrastructure maintained across the enterprise.
- Significant understanding of Microsoft Hyper-V
- Demonstrated experience managing critical infrastructure application infrastructure: CCure 9000, Nlyte, Milestone
- Experience configuring, managing, and maintaining SAML 2.0 configurations.
- Experience configuring, managing, and maintaining Active Directory Group Policies
- Experience with LDAP and similar authentication protocols
- Demonstrated experience configuring IPv6 on servers and TCP/IP
- Experience with Windows Server Systems
5. Facility Security Program Technical Lead (Located in Silver Spring, MD)
- Contractor is responsible for the service management, coordination of technical projects, and oversight of the day-to-day operations of the ePACS and eVSS services within CIMS.
- Significant understanding of CCure 9000 and Milestone VMS.
- Experience configuring, managing, troubleshooting, and maintaining a PACS system.
- Experience with Federal physical security policies and implementation of physical security controls compliant with both the Government's Interagency Security Committee's (ISC) guidance for Federal Facilities and NIST 800-53.
- Experience leading a diverse team and collaborating with various groups to achieve consensus on agency level policy initiatives.
- Experience supporting large Enterprise security control implementation initiatives.
- Project Management Experience (PMP preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with HSPD-12, FICAM, FIPS, and related physical.
