The eCommerce Digital Experience Manager is responsible for categories focused on the customer experience and website merchandising in order to increase conversion and improve customer experience on our WWW & BSD websites by monitoring KPI trends on storefront, category and sku pages. Collaborates with marketing, merchandising, SEO, product and technology teams as well as eComm peers and leadership on website category optimizations and experiences.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Operates independently when identifying opportunities to optimize product category performance metrics on ODPBusiness.com website.
  • Utilizes Google Analytics, Glassbox, and Medallia to analyze the data in order to understand the customer's behavior regarding specific categories and actions to improve the experience.
  • Works with product management and marketing teams to understand the category needs on the websites. Supports new product launches and other seasonal launches (such as Back to school).
  • Collaborates with eCommerce and development peers on category optimizations regarding search, taxonomy, storefronts, sku page, etc.
  • Works with digital marketing to ensure product launches and other category efforts are aligned with our website experiences.
  • Helps monetization team on site placements to drive incremental vendor support.


Education and Experience:
  • Level of Formal Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Area of Study: Business Administration, Ecommerce, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 5
  • Type of Experience: Ecommerce, Merchandising, On-Site Search, Adobe Target, AEM
  • Special Certifications:
    • Adobe Certified Expert (ACE)- Specialize in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or Adobe Target to validate your expertise in these tools.
    • Google Analytics Certification: Gain proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), showcasing your ability to analyze and interpret data effectively.
