The SR Project Manager demonstrates independence in solving complex problems and is seen as a trusted advisor who helps influence strategy development and execution. The SR Project Manager conducts and coordinates analysis that supports the development and execution of business strategy. The SR Project Manager is seen as a consultant that integrates and influences at every level and across every department of the organization. This role is part of the Customer Growth Strategy team.

Leads Andrews' high priority and complex projects, programs and project teams driving strategy development and execution.
Leads collaboratively across the organization to build trusted advisor relationships with executives, senior leadership and stakeholders.

Leads Andrews' high priority and complex projects, programs and project teams driving strategy development and execution.
- Leads program and project teams; communicates the project vision and outcomes needed along with guidance to achieve outcome, coordinates team actions on project activities
- Coordinates flow of additional team members on and off the team as needed
- Identifies areas of improvement necessary to build the capability of the team through training, coaching and mentoring.
- Negotiates and manages deployment of project resource budgets, providing forecasts and presenting variances with narrative at appropriate review points to ensure effective utilization.
- Provides appropriate documentation and ensures training is developed to enable successful transition to business as usual.
- Identifies and records lessons learned to inform future project activity.
- Consults with business partners across the organization to understand complex problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution.
- Understands business needs at both a strategic and tactical level and creates new and better ways for the organization to be successful.
- Conducts independent research and analysis and assembles cross functional teams to solve ambiguous problems and develops recommendations to senior leaders and executives enabling them to make key business decisions.
- Manages multiple initiatives simultaneously using strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Distills big picture intent into tactical requirements and implementations plans.
- Makes sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.
- Consistently looks at complex issues from many angles; obtains a rich and deep understanding; swiftly cuts to the core issue; skillfully separates root causes from symptoms.
- Guides and influences discussions and decisions.
- Identifies gaps in clarity or alignment.
- Determines and executes best method or approach to gain clarity and alignment.
- Owns high-impact transformation initiatives and contributes to overall outcomes, definition, scope, design, and delivery.
- Creates overarching roadmaps, project, communication and change management plans.
- Develops expertise in departmental processes and procedures through facilitation of or participation in change initiatives and a willingness to learn.
Leads collaboratively across the organization to build trusted advisor relationships with executives, senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Builds mutual trust and facilitates collaboration among team members to bridge functional silos.
- Anticipates and balances the needs of multiple stakeholders.
- Provides guidance so that others understand the needs of different stakeholders and can balance them appropriately.
- Communicates effectively cross-functionally and at all levels in the organization including creating and delivering presentations to executives, senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Demonstrates agility and flexibility; adapts project management style, approach, and structure to meet the needs of each individual program or project.
- Develops and implements stakeholder engagement plans for projects to identify relevant stakeholders, to develop positive stakeholder relationships, and to ensure that each stakeholder has an appropriate share of voice.

Here's what you must have to be considered for this role:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Project Management or Other Related Field
- Five to Seven Years Beer Industry Experience, Consulting and/or Project Management Experience
- Minimum of 3 Years of Experience Leading Large Scale Complex Initiatives
- Advanced Communication Skills (Written and Verbal); At Least 2 Years Preparing and Delivering Executive Communications and Presentations; At Least 3 Years Meeting Facilitation Experience
- Excellent Problem-solving Skills and Influencing Skills
- Advanced Knowledge and Understanding of Business Principles, Practices and Procedures; Sound Business Judgement
- Proven Experience Building Trust and Facilitating Collaboration Among Team Members; Ability to Bridge Functional Silos

- At Least 2 Years' Experience Supervising and Directing People and Other Resources to
- Achieve Specific End Results Within Limited Timeframes
- Advanced MS Office and Technical Skills

- Kaizen or Lean Certification
- Agile Methodology experience
- Change Management Certification
- Previous Distribution Business Experience
