Your Role

The Strategic Planning and Performance team supports the Middle Market and Small Group Sales organization that manages all group business up to 2,999 members. The Program Manager, Senior will report to the Senior Manager of the Strategic Planning and Performance team. In this role you will work closely with cross-functional teams to support performance management activities, advocate for Middle Market and Small Group across the organization and enable strategic decision-making in partnership with Senior Leaders.

Responsibilities

Your Work

In this role, you will:
  • Direct small-scale, complex programs/projects that may involve multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop the program, integrated program plan, resource plan, contingency plan, and related project management artifacts
  • Define and track milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan
  • Develop content to communicate and drive stakeholder alignment on key activities and priorities
  • Support cross-functional meetings and foster teamwork; drive escalation and resolution of issues, while promoting collaboration and coordination across broad categories of stakeholders
  • Support the end-to-end Monthly Business Review process, including calendar, stakeholder communication, and presentation materials
  • Assist in continuous improvement efforts including improvements of the Monthly Business Review process, tools, KPI tracking, templates and reporting automation
  • Monitor line of business trends, performance gaps, and risks; highlight key insights and recommend actions


Qualifications

Your Knowledge and Experience
  • Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience
  • Requires experience creating agendas, communications, and presentations for cross-functional leader meetings
  • Requires experience with project management and organizational skills with attention to details
  • Requires experience with stakeholder management and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Requires experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); Salesforce experience is desirable
  • Requires healthcare industry experience

o Employees living more than 50 miles from their assigned offices are expected to work with their managers on a plan for periodic office visits.

  • On-Site: Work from a business unit-approved office an average of four (4) or more days a week.

Physical Requirements:

Office Environment - roles involving part to full time schedule in Office Environment. Based in our physical offices and work from home office/deskwork - Activity level: Sedentary, frequency most of work day.
