Title: Partner Marketing Manager
Location: San Jose, CA, onsite
Salary: $100,000-$140,000 base

Requirements:

• 4+ years of B2B marketing, preferably in the cybersecurity or SaaS industry.
• 2+ years specifically focused on partner marketing.

Position Overview
The Partner Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and programs with our key technology partners. This role is crucial for expanding our market reach and generating partner-sourced leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute joint marketing plans with key technology partners (esp. Google)
• Develop and implement co-marketing campaigns with partners to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
• Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences and showcases partner offerings.
• Monitor and track the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Support partner enablement through training and resources that empower partners to effectively market and sell our solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and partner needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in partner marketing and executing successful co-marketing campaigns.
• Strong skills in content creation and performance tracking, with a data-driven approach to marketing.
• Experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on building and maintaining partner relationships.
• Familiarity with budget management and financial tracking for marketing initiatives.
• Nice to have: Experience in cybersecurity or SaaS industries.
