Position OverviewAs a Demand Generation Manager at Autodesk, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing targeted and relevant automated campaigns to guide prospects through the email and webinar channels, nurturing them into satisfied customers. You will collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including growth, content, product marketing, and marketing operations, to ensure the successful execution of campaign activities. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies aimed at increasing sales leads and raising awareness of our products in specified marketing industries. You will work closely with worldwide, divisional, and market segment teams to ensure effective campaigns for an assigned region and maintain consistent messaging with distributors and solutions providers, aligning marketing programs with sales objectives.
Key
Responsibilities What You Will Do:
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns. Create automated campaigns to guide prospects through paid media, email and webinar channels, nurturing them into satisfied customers. This includes creating segments, copywriting, proofreading, and reporting on campaign performance.
Initiate and execute campaigns with internal stakeholders. Plan optimization and growth opportunities through A/B and multivariate tests to gain further insights into customer behavior.
Manage demand generation activities, communicate with internal and external stakeholders, and guide creative, copy, and development teams to produce designs that share a cohesive and logical brand story.
Analyze campaign performance to help optimize content for the webinar and email channels. Report on open rates, click-throughs, unsubscribes, and lead conversion, deriving insights and learnings to improve future campaigns.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution across various campaign activities. Present campaign performance reports in a clear and concise manner. Work cross-functionally with other Autodesk marketing groups to ensure optimal implementation of various marketing materials within demand generation programs.
Minimum Qualifications Proven experience in developing and executing targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Strong background in managing email campaigns, including planning and optimization through A/B and multivariate tests.
Experience in project management, particularly in campaign management and stakeholder communication.
Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance metrics and deriving actionable insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to develop and execute industry-focused marketing strategies to achieve sales objectives and increase sales leads.
Experience collaborating with worldwide, divisional, and GEO teams to ensure effective regional campaigns.
Ability to work with distributors and resellers to maintain consistent messaging, manage MDF, and align marketing programs with sales objectives.
Proficiency in creating and adapting marketing collateral, toolkits, and campaigns for target customer segments.
Experience managing marketing budgets and vendor relationships, monitoring the effectiveness of resource allocation, and maximizing ROI of all programs.
