Infosys is seeking a Project Delivery Lead who will lead all aspects of Service Delivery for Cloud Infrastructure and Security Services in Managed Service Global Delivery model
Required Qualification:
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Irvine, CA or be willing to relocate to these areas. This position may require travel in the US.
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At Least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
- Ability to work with clients to identify challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data.
- Implement solutions, create technology differentiation, and leverage partner technologies.
- Provide technology consultation and assist in defining scope and sizing of work
- Explore new opportunities and account farming with growth as objective.
- Define program objective, goals and time. Develop strategies and plans for delivering multiple projects in alignment with account priorities
- Ensuring that the various projects under the program work together and are progressing as planned
- Managing resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure the program runs smoothly
- Keeping stakeholders informed about progress, risks, and any changes in the program ensuring transparency
- Tracking the progress of the program and providing reports to senior leadership
- Define and manage key KPIs to access the success of the program
- Provide leadership guidance and support to team and cross-function teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Working closely with teams in multiple geographies (USA, Europe and Asia-Pacific)
- Deep understanding of Infra components - Platform, Middleware, Storage & Backup, Network for both On-prem and Cloud
- Experience in Monitoring and Orchestration tools, familiarity with SRE operating models and methodologies.
- Awareness of latest technologies and trends
- Working experience in IT Service Management
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment. The job entails extensive amount of travel.
