Leads across the organization Product Management ideas and activities.
Participates in or leads the analytical, experimental, investigative, and testing efforts in support of new product development.
Coordinates all phases of new product development, including research, ideation, prioritization, selection, discovery, design, development and iterative improvements. Develops overall objectives, strategy, impact assumptions and launch follow-ups.
Works closely with customers and internal teams to identify key needs and appropriate product solutions.
Performs analyses and recommendations in the areas of sales and market trends.
Researches market conditions to determine potential sales of a product.

- Work with the cross functional team across the Business to gain a strong understanding of the overall business strategy, objectives and goals to participate in the development of product strategy
- Set the vision and strategy and development roadmap focusing of a problem space
- Do or help guide competitive research and market studies to help guide your product vision and strategy
- Work closely with various internal teams and external clients to better understand their pain points
- Identify the opportunities and/or problems, and prioritize these using a metrics based approach and focused on strategic objectives
- Works with the development team to be able to solve a specific problem space with technology, building the smallest layer first with clear iteration goals and acceptance criteria
- Designing, developing and implementing features and improvements to the product, with a customer focus
- Lead the scrum team development cycle using the agile framework (e.g., sprint planning, grooming/refinement, demo's)
- Breaking down opportunity prioritized into Epics & stories, manages the backlog by prioritizing the body of work for the scrum team to best meet the objectives of your stories
- Continuously communicate both with the development team and with stakeholders, to drive team alignment on product vision and value delivery
- Supports the testing process, reviews results, identifies bottlenecks, & provides guidance on solutions & priority
- Supports our front line Client Success organization by helping create training materials, and by speaking directly to clients/partners to demonstrate features and enhancements.
- At least 7 years of experience in Product Development, Project Management or Program Management for Software using Agile Methodology
- The ability to be autonomous, entrepreneurial, own how to solve a problem space
- Strong collaboration skills, working with different teams and stakeholders to understand needs and solve with technology
- Strong in verbal and written communication skills to articulate the business proposition and gather insights across user types.
- Strong analytical skills to help make decisions
- The capability to learn quickly, dive in and become familiar with product features, anticipate and over-deliver.
- Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills
- The willingness to work extended hours to accommodate clients and Team Members in other regions
