Compensation Range
$78,600.00 - $98,300.00
Benefits include: health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, company-paid life insurance, 401K with discretionary match, paid time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
The Recruiting Manager directs, and monitors assigned Recruiters to achieve established goals and timetables. The Recruiting Manager will coach, and mentor aligned employees to maximize team output and ensure alignment with department and corporate goals. Proactively address variances from goals and develop remedial action plans when necessary.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides mentoring, training, and coaching to Recruiters to enhance their abilities and improve placement outcomes
- Works closely with Recruiters/Client Services and cross functional team members to drive activities, targeted results, and metrics through leveraging and consistent application of corporate resources, sales processes and recruitment initiatives
- Partners with cross functional teams and management to effectively drive the communication, management and enhancement of organizational strategic goals, initiatives, and programs
- Recommends and hires appropriate qualified talent
- Develops and communicates individual objectives and goals for each team member
- Communicates and monitors metrics and holds each team member accountable for expectations
- Coordinates with management to ensure focus on priority orders
- Directs and monitors the daily, weekly, and monthly production activities of the team and compares activity to reinforce established metrics
- Works with leadership to develop action plans when performance does not meet established standards
- Monitors and reviews team member calls to ensure communication quality levels are maintained
- Coordinates with marketing to impact recruiting
- Performs additional duties as requested by management
REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or its equivalent
- Three (3) years of related experience within a staffing environment
- One (1) or more years of supervisory experience
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication with strong negotiation skills
- Developed leadership skills including mentoring and team building
- Excellent prioritization and multitasking skills with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Strong decision-making ability; must demonstrate an aptitude for compromise
- Ability to develop and grow trusting relationships
- High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with poise, tact and diplomacy
- Ability to develop written procedures and policies supportive of business objectives
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Ability to use sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public through use of the telephone, email, video conference and face to face contact
- Ability to use manual dexterity, visual acuity and hearing acuity to effectively use and operate office related equipment such as but not limited to a computer, copier, scanner, camera, phone, headset, keyboard and mouse
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time at a keyboard and workstation with low periods of reaching and standing
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times
