Zachry Construction Corporation is looking for a strategic, results-driven Business Development Manager in our Gulf Coast Region to expand our footprint in the industrial sitework sector. Essential Functions
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry partners, and public agencies.
- Drive business growth by identifying and securing new project opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies for large-scale industrial sitework projects, including design-build and alternative delivery methods.
- Spearhead business development efforts, including proposals, client presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Represent Zachry at industry conferences, networking events, and professional organizations to enhance our presence.
- Oversee and champion design-build and alternative delivery strategies to maximize success.
- Mentor and lead project teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and teamwork.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of operational experience in industrial site development, heavy civil construction, or related infrastructure projects.
- 3+ years of Business Development experience preferred.
- A proven ability to develop client relationships and secure new business.
- Expertise in earthwork, utilities, drainage, and site preparation for large industrial developments.
- A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
