Salary Range
$195,000.00 - $250,000.00
A successful applicant's actual base salary may vary based on factors such as individual's skill sets, experience, training, education, licensure/certifications, and qualifications for the role. What You'll Do
80%-blu. Lead on Assigned Accounts
- Ensures there is a clear data strategy for each campaign.
- Directs Data Scientists on queries needed for insight development.
- Identifies insights that translate to audiences for activation across all channels.
- Oversees optimization decisioning across campaigns.
- Oversees Directors assigned to accounts.
- Keeps clients up to date on privacy, GDPR/CCPA compliancy related to blu. and implications specific to account.
- Oversees measurement and optimization methodologies.
10%-Contributor to blu. CoE
- Active participant and the development of training materials, case studies and use cases.
- Trains new hires.
- Active influencer in blu. product roadmap.
10%-New Business
- Active participant in new business pitches for NY and LA.
- Contributor to content development for in-person meetings.
- Contributor to written responses from RFI as needed.

Preferred Skills & Experience
- BA/BS from accredited school required
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Programmatic/Digital/Mar Tech
- Hands on experience trading or working with a DMP, CDP or CRM platform or other ad tech platforms
- Expert knowledge of the programmatic, mar/ad tech landscape
- Proven experience working with/presenting to senior level clients
