Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Cloud Software Developer with extensive experience in cloud application development and proficiency in .NET/C#. You will work on our strategic solution, Aloha Cloud for Restaurants, designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality cloud applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will implement new features, optimize existing code, and ensure the reliability and responsiveness of our cloud applications.

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Cloud Software Developer with extensive experience in cloud application development and proficiency in .NET/C#. You will work on our strategic solution, Aloha Cloud for Restaurants, designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality cloud applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will implement new features, optimize existing code, and ensure the reliability and responsiveness of our cloud applications.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the technical vision and direction of the team or organization.
- Lead and oversee the implementation of critical and complex projects.
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership to the team.
- Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business strategy and goals.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, practices, and development methodologies.
- Engage with stakeholders to shape and influence technical and product strategy.
- Promote innovation and the adoption of new technologies and practices within the team.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of software development experience focused on cloud technologies (.NET/C#).
- 5+ years of experience with GCP infrastructure.
- 5+ years of experience with CI/CD tools and technologies (GitHub Actions, Artifactory, FluxCD).
- 5+ years of experience with IaC/CM technologies (Terraform, Ansible, Helm).
- 5+ years of experience with databases (MS SQL Server, Cassandra, PostgreSQL).
- 4+ years of experience with front-end technologies (TypeScript, Next.js, NestJS).
- Working experience with GKE and understanding of its architecture.
- Prior leadership experience or roles in tech lead capacities.
- Experience with enterprise-level applications.
- Ability to document and publish recommendations and guidance.
- Proven track record of leading major projects.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in complex systems with future improvement in mind.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Exceptional understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with stream processing products.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing systems deployed in Kubernetes-driven hosting environments and IaaS virtual machine topologies.
- Expertise in architecture, installation, implementation, integration, security, and administration in multi-platform systems in remote data center environments.
- Experience with agile concepts, especially Scrum.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Experience with testing frameworks like Playwright and Cucumber.
- Experience developing cloud-based retail or restaurant applications, point of sales, and/or payment applications.
