Reporting to the Director, Brand Strategy and Creative Operations, the Global Brand Activation and Insights Manager will be responsible in shaping and executing impactful brand experiences across international markets.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, capable of translating data-driven insights into actionable strategies.

In this role. you will lead the development and implementation of global brand activation campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives, and delivering measurable results. By leveraging market research, performance analysis, and consumer insights, you will optimize brand presence, enhance customer engagement, and drive brand preference on a global scale.

This position is part of the Global Marketing department located in Loveland, CO and will be hybrid in Loveland, CO.

In this role, a typical day will look like:
  • Brand Strategy and Consistency: Support the creation and implementation of comprehensive branding strategies that align with the Hach's vision and objectives. Champion brand guidelines and audit brand usage across communications internally and externally. Ensure adherence to global brand standards and consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of branding initiatives, using metrics to inform future strategies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with key teams to connect branding efforts to internal campaigns, regional activities, product launches, trade shows, and visual brand language.
  • Partnership Management: Serve as the point of contact for external agencies, scheduling regular check-ins, communicating budgets and timelines.
  • Customer Experience Analysis: Partner with the Digital Experience Team to utilize customer data and insights, including Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback, to understand their environments, perceptions, and purchasing behaviors. Work closely with internal teams to translate these findings into actionable brand strategies.
  • Project Management and Budget Oversight: Manage branding projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Manage Brand Strategy budget by working with external vendors on invoicing and internal finance teams to ensure forecast and budget utilization accuracy.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting: Leverage market research and conduct annual brand survey analysis to stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences. Prepare and present reports on brand activities and their impact on business outcomes.
  • Contract Management: Collaborate with leadership and internal processes for contracts, SOWs, and trademark renewals.


The requirements of the job include:
  • Bachelor's in marketing or communications preferred
  • Minimum of 6 years' experience producing brand/marketing/design/communications projects
  • Proven prior work experience presenting findings and making recommendations for marketing opportunities to internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office 365
  • Project Management Software/Tool experience
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to travel for limited meetings.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $110000 - $120000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
