Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is currently recruiting for a Director, Launch Strategy & Execution, Pulmonary Hypertension. This position will be located in Titusville, NJ.

The Director, Launch Strategy & Execution, Pulmonary Hypertension will be responsible for leading a cross-functional launch readiness team for a PH pipeline asset in addition to the launch extension of an existing asset

This individual will represent the US on appropriate Global Commercial Teams (GCTs) to provide input to the Global Commercial Strategy Organization (GCSO) on the development of global vision, positioning, trademark and branding, and key pre-launch initiatives.

The individual should have a strong healthcare marketing background and experience leading marketing teams. In addition, the individual must have demonstrated the ability to successfully collaborate and achieve alignment in cross-functional teams and senior management. This individual must have a demonstrated track record of leadership in communicating recommendations, garnering support, driving to decision, and execution. This individual should possess learning agility and intellectual curiosity as well as strong project management skills.

Qualifications:
  • BA/BS Required; MBA Preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant pharmaceutical/med tech business experience is required (In-Line Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Sales, New Business Development.); must have significant business/market experience and industry knowledge to influence cross-functional decisions and strategies
  • Demonstrated experience in critical marketing competencies is required
  • Product launch experience is preferred
  • Sales experience in healthcare industry is strongly preferred
  • Experience working in co-promotion relationship is preferred
  • People management experience is required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience partnering with R&D, medical affairs, global marketing, market access, patient advocacy & supply chain preferred
  • This role is based in Titusville, NJ
  • Up to 15% travel may be required


The anticipated base pay range for this position is $146,000 to $251,850.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

    • Vacation - up to 120 hours per calendar year
    • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington - up to 56 hours per calendar year
    • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays - up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
