Our Interiors Group specializes in projects ranging from $10,000 minor upgrades to $30+ million major tenant finishes/renovations, while our Shell Group has historically concentrated on new construction in the $1 million to $300 million range.
Position Overview
The Safety Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the safety and compliance of all on-site construction activities within the organization. This role aims to create a safe working environment by implementing safety policies, conducting training, and adhering to OSHA regulations.

Position Overview
The Safety Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the safety and compliance of all on-site construction activities within the organization. This role aims to create a safe working environment by implementing safety policies, conducting training, and adhering to OSHA regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Provide safety training and guidance to employees and subcontractors on safety practices and procedures.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend preventive measures.
- Collaborate with project managers to assess and manage safety risks on construction sites.
- Ensure proper documentation of safety training, incidents, and inspections is maintained.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in safety management, occupational health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety management within the commercial/industrial construction industry.
- Certified Safety Manager with OSHA 510 and OSHA 500 certifications preferred.
- Knowledge of commercial and industrial safety regulations and practices.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Experience with tilt-up construction methods is a plus.
