Sr. Endpoint Engineer

The Senior Endpoint Engineer is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the enterprise desktop environment consisting of a Windows and Apple environment. They will be the technical lead for the (Windows/Macintosh Toolset), including security, patch, and compliance of devices. Provides compliance of our computing environment. Senior Endpoint Engineer is vital to the roll on of Managed IT customers, identifying roll on procedures and hurdles to bringing customers onto a Managed IT environment. Works as the technical lead for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environment, working closely with Infrastructure team members to determine best practices for Virtual Desktop as well as Application Publishing. This position is for an experienced, self-motivated individual to lead projects and oversee the daily execution of processes, operations, and support activities for client technologies. This position works closely with Security, Infrastructure and the Service Desk to ensure that best-practice procedures and technologies are introduced, as well as, established enterprise practices are maintained.

Required Education and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

4 years supporting Enterprise systems.

The Targeted Hiring Range for this position is $81000 to $95000.
