The LPI Sales Support Analyst will support the LPI team with various tasks, efforts, and responsibilities related to ticketing, billing, quality checking, planning, reporting, and monitoring various sales and business items along with other projects to achieve company goals. The role will involve collaborating with multiple departments as well as identifying issues and providing recommended solutions to ensure efficient operations and contribute to the achievement of company goals. The Sales Support Analyst will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering.
- Minimum five years of experience in oilfield services and/or sales.
- Good understanding of operations, engineering, sales, supply chain and accounting.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills.
- Strong with Excel and ERP systems.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manages customer back-office experience; works directly with sales and operations to ensure a smooth cradle to grave experience for LPI customers including but limited to customer data, ticketing, invoicing, and job profitability analytics; additionally, if there are issues or challenges in any of these areas, the LPI Sales Support Analyst will work to identify the issues and come up with solutions to implement.
- Supports sales through ensuring timely and accurate tickets are created and received back from customers which includes direct follow-up and tracking efforts between LPI and its customers.
- Interfaces with operations, sales, and engineering to provide data, reporting, and quality checks as well as reviews processes and determines areas of improvement and associated solutions.
- Collaborates with management on identifying and capturing key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant metrics and then works with various teams to report trends and findings from the metrics to drive business performance.
- Lead efforts to improve customer experience through developing customer satisfaction surveys, results, and back-end
analytics to share with the sales and operations teams to improve overall effectiveness and profitability. - Aids sales and operations with various needs which may include third party trucking scheduling and management as requested, dispatching of CNG trailers to customers, evaluating various processes and procedures and putting together recommendations to improve, etc.
- Interfaces with sales and accounting to ensure forecasting and planning is correct and accurate.
- Coordinates with sales and operations to ensure customer job details are captured and consistent throughout various data sharing platforms.
- Supports sales as needed on various projects to manage existing customer relationships, customer presentations, new
