I. Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Insights & Performance position is crucial in leveraging data-driven insights to optimize the recruitment process, drive efficiencies and increase effectiveness. This position is responsible for analyzing and interpreting recruitment data to provide actionable insights that support WM's talent acquisition goals. The individual will directly support TA leadership and collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.

This job primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, etc.
The expected base range for this position across the U.S. is $115k to 165k. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.

This position is responsible for analyzing and interpreting recruitment data to provide actionable insights that support WM's talent acquisition goals. The individual will directly support TA leadership and collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze recruitment data from various sources (e g , applicant tracking system, HRIS) to identify patterns, trends, and insights related to candidate sourcing, hiring processes, and overall talent acquisition performance.
- Provide input into the development and maintenance of comprehensive recruitment dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
- Present insights on emerging recruitment trends and best practices and actionable recommendations to TA leaders on a regular basis.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to benchmark the organization's talent acquisition efforts against industry standards.
- Collaborate with HR business partners, recruitment teams, and hiring managers to understand their needs and challenges.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment analytics and provide training and support as needed.
- Lead or participate in special projects related to talent acquisition, such as employer branding efforts and workforce planning.
III. Qualifications
A. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree Required
- High School or GED (accredited), and 4 years of relevant work experience Required
- 3 years In talent acquisition, including 7+ years in a data/insights role (in addition to education requirement) Required
B. Preferred Qualifications
- Analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret large sets of data from multiple sources with a proficiency in identifying trends, patterns, and correlations within complex datasets.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes, with insight into best practices, industry standards, and evolving trends in recruitment and workforce planning.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and platforms such as SQL, Excel, R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to identify challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to drive continuous improvement
- May be required to travel 10%
