Program Overview
  • Dynamic 2-Year Program: Experience two exciting 12-month rotations in roles such as Technical Project Coordinator, Data Engineer, Quality Engineer, or Business Analyst. Discover diverse career paths and find your passion!

How you'll make an impact
  • Dive into the exciting world of tech by contributing to the design and development of system components like APIs, microservices, and applications, all while working within defined architecture and platform specifications.
  • Work closely with business teams to analyze requirements and help shape design specifications for impactful system components.
  • Get hands-on experience by creating and executing unit tests to ensure our systems run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Be a proactive problem solver by tracking, communicating, and suggesting innovative solutions for managing defects.
  • Optimize efficiency by scheduling and planning to ensure seamless integration and operation.
  • Document any modifications to system components, contributing to a culture of transparency and knowledge sharing.
  • Utilize analytics in performing basic analysis and debugging on existing system components to enhance performance.
  • Expand your tech toolkit by developing skills in tools like Excel, Power BI, Python, SQL, Azure AKS/ACS, APIM, Salesforce, and .NET. Experience with additional frameworks like Java, JavaScript, Java Spring Boot, ReactJS, and Salesforce is a bonus but not required.

Salary range is expected to be between
$70,560.00 USD - $131,040.00 USD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
