This hybrid position in Arizona reports to the Project Operations/Director.

Responsibilities for the Tools and Apps Lead included but are not limited to:
  • Project Controls Group (PCG) Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Global PCG Applications and Tools related to integrated project controls (scope, schedule, estimate, cost, procurement, change management, risk management, progress reporting, etc.) and successful operations thereof. This includes integrated project controls interfaces from applications used by other functions (e.g. Autodesk)
  • Publish and maintain Global PCG Applications and Tools standards, process and procedures related to integrated project controls. Tools and application development will be in coordination with DigIT
  • Ensure the Intel Unified Work Breakdown Structure (IUWBS) and attributing of project data is aligned with standards and support integrated project control needs and other project functions
  • Develop and deploy tools and applications for field verification and progress measurement
  • Develop related deployment strategy(s), training materials, and performance assessment (KPI with PCG EPIC Ops Program Management Office)
  • As a newly forming group, this role will include cross functional responsibilities, tasks and support of the PCG Const. Operations and Front End Loading team and will evolve
  • Build and drive safety Culture of Care in every business environment, office to the construction sites, and from front-end planning to construction execution


Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum skills and experience that will get you noticed:

Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, or other related field.

You must have with 6+ years of experience in construction, construction estimating, cost engineering, and/or project controls.

Preferred skills and experience that will make you stand out:
  • 5+ years of experience in construction, construction estimating, cost engineering, project controls manager
  • 2+ years of experience in Semiconductor Industry.
  • Knowledge and experience developing and managing large relational data sets and information.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US:

$132,270.00-$186,730.00

Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. * Job posting details (such as work model, location or time type) are subject to change.
