Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Product Management to lead our team responsible for Media Planning solutions powering the Publicis Operating System. Responsibilities

Role Objectives:

Strategic Leadership:
Define and execute a comprehensive strategy for media planning solutions aligned with the company's mission, values, and business objectives.
Drive the overall vision for planning product suite, setting the standard for design excellence and innovation.
Define and execute the product roadmap, considering market trends, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement and innovation.

Team Leadership and Development:
Lead, mentor, and inspire a global team of product managers, researchers, and engineers.
Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning within the product management organization.
Provide strategic direction, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities to team members.

Innovation and Research:
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to media planning and provide strategic recommendations to the executive team.
Drive innovation through cross functional collaboration with research, data science, engineering and clients.
Collaborate closely with Groupe internal departments and client teams to understand their needs and requirements.
Define prototypes to show proof of concept and test specific hypothesis with clients.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with Data Science, Engineering, Marketing, and other stakeholders to drive alignment and execute the product vision.
Communicate effectively with executive leadership to provide updates on initiatives, strategies, and performance metrics.

Thought Leadership:
Represent the company as a thought leader in the community through speaking engagements, conferences, and publications.
Drive thought leadership internally by sharing insights, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive experience in product management (typically 10+), specifically in the areas of media channel allocation, budget optimization and/or strategic Planning as a whole.
Proven track record of successfully driving product strategy, roadmap development, and product delivery in a global context.

Deep understanding of:
o Media planning processes and enterprise products and data providers like MediaTools (hands on experience strongly preferred) and Nielsen
o cross-channel planning, budgeting, and optimizations inclusive on Linear and digital.
o current trends in CTV and its impact on planning practices
o audience-based planning and vendors in the space
Demonstrated success in developing and launching data products in a B2B environment
Experience working with clients to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and innovative out of the box product solutions.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including executive management, engineering teams, and clients.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for innovation, staying abreast of the latest industry trends, and driving continuous improvement in products and processes.

Compensation Range: $163,210 - $256,910 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
