Overview

Peninsula Physical Therapy is offering an outstanding leadership-track opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist with at least 2 years of clinical experience to train with our current owner and take over clinic operations. This full-time role is based in Belfair, WA, near Naval Base Kitsap in Bremerton, making it an ideal fit for military spouses, transitioning service members, or veterans seeking to apply their clinical and leadership skills in a civilian healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Provide 1-on-1, 45-minute treatment sessions
• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions
• Develop and manage personalized treatment plans
• Educate patients and families on home care techniques
• Collaborate with a team of OTs, PTAs, and support staff
• Use digital tools for treatment and documentation (Joint Academy platform)

Management Responsibilities (Post-Training):

• Lead clinic operations and support staff development
• Oversee scheduling, reporting, and patient experience
• Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members
• Partner with ownership on strategic planning and clinic growth

Required Qualifications

• Active Washington State Physical Therapy License
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
• CPR Certification
• Strong communication and leadership potential
• Willingness to train into a management role
• Bonus: Experience as a Clinical Instructor is a plus
