As a Senior Marketing Designer, you'll be responsible for overseeing major design projects and setting the creative direction. You'll mentor your team, helping develop their overall capabilities.
About the role
- Oversee and lead major design projects, from concept to completion
- Assists in setting design direction for design projects
- Mentor and guide junior Designers
- Ensure that all design work meets the brand's creative standards
- Collaborate with other departments to align design with overall marketing and branding strategies
About you
Minimum qualifications
- 6 years of professional design experience
- Extensive portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and techniques
- Solid understanding of typography, color concepts and imagery to convey a story
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and XD
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in design, art, or a related field
- Proven track record in leading complex design projects
- Proficiency in Figma
- Successful track record of receiving, implementing and providing feedback on projects
- Proven proficiency in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
- Experience designing within brand guidelines
- Ability to size images or graphics for multiple platforms
- Ability to influence peers and elevate design output through critical and thoughtful assessment
