Ability to be hybrid in Bellevue, WA (three to four days onsite)
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner with a strong background in Salesforce, integration layers, and APIs to join our dynamic team.

The base salary range for this position is $91,457 - $137,186, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
The position will be posted for three days from its posting date of 04/25/2025.

- Define and prioritize the product backlog for Salesforce and integration-related projects.
- Collaborate with SF Architects & Technical Product Manager to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements.
- Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other systems using APIs and middleware.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of product roadmaps and release plans.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, integration technologies, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technical environment.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom development.
- Experience with integration layers, APIs, and middleware technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
