Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a major multi-million dollar multifamily high-rise project in Greenville, South Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily, structural concrete, and high-rise construction, and be eager to join a company for the long term.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion with little supervision.
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project success.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in multifamily, structural concrete and high rise work
  • In-depth knowledge of the construction process, budgeting, accounting, and procurement is necessary to effectively manage projects.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and scheduling software such as Suretrak, Project, P6, Procore, Revit, VICO, or equivalent, is required.
  • LEED Accreditation is preferred.
  • A valid Driver's License is required.
