Experience providing technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.
Experience establishing goals and plans that meet project objectives.
IT network and infrastructure technical knowledge.
Experience directing and controlling activities for a customer, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met.
Experience interfacing with senior management and negotiating with clients on requirements and deliverables.
Coordinate with personnel and teams on the classified portion of the program.
Understanding of installation, configuration, administration, support, and maintenance of systems, including associated hardware and cloud
Experience supervising others
Facilitate cross-team coordination, tracking and following up with external dependencies
Communicate the status of progress, demo products to all stakeholders
Basic Qualifications
Experience providing technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments.
Experience establishing goals and plans that meet project objectives.
Domain and expert technical knowledge.
Direct experience using JIRA/Confluence toolset for progress reporting and metrics management
Experience directing and controlling activities for a client, having overall responsibility for financial management, methods, and staffing to ensure that technical requirements are met.
Experience interfacing with senior management and negotiating with clients on requirements and deliverables.
Safe Agilist Certification
Scrum Alliance Scrum Master Certification
Experience supervising others.
Candidate must have Bachelors degree with and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters 2-6 with years of prior relevant experience.

Experience leading multi-disciplinary development teams
Knowledge/experience with implementation of Scaled Agile Framework practices and principals
Previous experience managing tasks/personnel across multiple locations
Experience in any part of the software development lifecycle is a plus - as the developer, tester, analyst, product manager, project/program manager, etc.
Experience with applying test automation, test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous deployment to achieve built-in quality by the teams Potential for Telework: Yes, 25%
Clearance Level Required: Top Secret
Travel: Yes, 10% of the time
