Description:
Required Qualifications: The Senior Content Developer shall possess expert-level knowledge of content development with the SCORM and xAPI standards.
The Senior Content Developer shall possess a minimum of (6) years experience planning and implementing new SCORM content, with existing xAPI implementation and usage experience.
The Senior Content Developer will work closely with Sponsors extended team and the Meridian LMS application team to understand the Sponsors use and vision for content.
The Senior Content Developer will use foundation of Meridian Global and xAPI to help drive the requirements/processes and standards they need to adopt to successfully implement xAPI.
The Senior Content Developer will develop reporting models that help the Sponsors team to analyze the xAPI data for content trends to help maintain efficiency in operation that contribute to overall mission effectiveness.
The Senior Content Developer shall possess knowledge of standardized LMS operational processes and procedures to ensure LMS governance model is being followed.
The Senior Content Developer shall possess the ability to convert common data formats and file types and comprehend technical materials and documentation, including user guides.
The Senior Content Developer should possess leadership qualities and communication skills required to support executive level briefings and contribute to problem resolutions. Required Clearance: Active TS/SCI security clearance
